Digital Products Only
All items in our shop are digital downloads — no physical products will be shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive access to download your files immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But don't worry — if you have any trouble with your files, we're here to help! Just send us a message at ohanastory@icloud.com.
Personal Use Only
All of our designs are for personal use only. This means:

- Use them in your personal planner, journal, or for home organization
